Simply visit our Website or download our Mobile App available on App Store (iPhones) and Play Store (Android Phones). Login or Register as New User by providing your personal information. Once you are logged in, simply click on the Link “Live Video Call Doctor”. Select the option whether you wish to see a local Certified Doctor or an International Doctor. Fill in your personal health information and payment details for our flat rate consultation. You will be shown a list of Available Doctors! You can connect with Available Online Doctor straight away!

At any time after registering or logging In, you may also schedule an Appointment to Video Call Doctor!

  1. What is Cost for Video Calling US Doctor?

At present, we have a flat rate consultation of $40 per consultation, for US based Doctor.

US based Doctors can provide diagnostic consultation, may also provide prescription** as required as well as write Medical Leave Note*.

Our International Doctor can provide healthcare information and answer your healthcare related queries have a flat rate consultation of $5. International Doctors cannot prescribe or write Medical Leave Note.

  1. What devices can I use to Video Call Online Doctor?

At present, our services can be used on Computers as well as Smartphones and tablets.

To Video Call Doctor from your computer, you will need latest version of Google Chrome / Firefox / Internet Explorer / Opera.

To Video Call Doctor from your mobile devices, you will need to download our Apps from Apple App Store or Google Play store.

  1. What kind of network do I need to use your service?

Our services are best available using High Speed Internet Connection / Wi-Fi / 4G / LTE for Quality Video Call.

  1. Do I need to install or download any software or plug-ins?

No, you do not require any specific software installation/plug-ins to use our services on Google Chrome or Firefox Web Browsers.

However, if you use Internet Explorer as your Web Browser, you will require a One-Time Plug-in Download to start Video Calling Online Doctors.

  1. Is my Personal Health Information safe to share Online?

Your Personal Health Information (PHI) is extremely safe when shared with available Online Doctors. All PHI is stored in encrypted format. View our Privacy Policy for details.

  1. How do I obtain a Prescription**?

To obtain a prescription**, you need to Video Call US Based Certified Doctors. Only our US Based Certified Doctors can write Prescription of Non-DEA Controlled Drugs. Moreover, prescription is written only at the discretion of the Doctor attending your Video Call and as per applicable State and Federal Laws.

Video Calling a Doctor does not guarantee a prescription.

  1. How do I obtain a Leave/Absence Note* for School/Work?

To obtain a Leave/Absence Note* for School or for Work, you need to Video Call US Based Certified Doctors. Moreover, Leave/Absence Note is written only at the discretion of the Doctor attending your Video Call.

Video Calling a Doctor does not guarantee obtaining a Leave Note.

  1. How do I schedule an Appointment to Video Call Doctor?

Simply visit our Website or download our Mobile App available on App Store (iPhones) and Play Store (Android Phones).

Login or Register as New User by filling in your Name and Email ID. Once you are logged in, schedule appointment by clicking on the “Book an Appointment” tab. You will be shown a list of available Doctors. You can choose a date and time as per your convenience from the available schedule. Upon filling personal healthcare information and payment information, your appointment will be confirmed. You will receive further confirmation of appointment booked on your email and can video call Doctor by going to the “My Appointments” tab and by swiping towards left and clicking on the “Video Call” button.

  1. When are Doctors available to Video Call?

Our Doctors are available 24 x 7. In case of Doctor being unavailable, you can Schedule Appointment to Video Call Doctor.

  1. Are Online Doctors Certified/Licensed?

Yes. All our Doctors, whether they are based within US or located Internationally are fully Certified / Licensed to practice medicine in their area/region of practice. Our US Based Doctors are certified as per applicable State and Federal Laws!

  1. Is I ONLINE DOCTOR HIPAA Complaint?

HIPAA requires that digital communication of personal health information should be done through a properly secured channel to protect patient confidentiality. Both our Video and Audio Calls are very secure and employ Transport Layer Security (TLS) for encryption of your PHI.
